Hopeless not interested in helping, plus guy wanted 300 to tow me 30 miles. Stay clear
I booked my car in over the phone for my day off. Told the guy that I would need to wait in town until it was done so he asked me to bring it for 9am. Hung around until 1pm and then, after trying to call and getting no answer, I walked back to the garage at 1:45 to find out that they hadn't even started the work yet! Couldn't complain to the boss because he was conveniently on his lunch. At this point I was so annoyed that I just took the car home. Total waste of nearly a whole day, I couldn't feel more let down.
