Went in to the nantwich store today 8/1 to change a colour of a top, the assistant l dealt with went out of her way to help me (sorry I didn't get your name) , fantastic service and gorgeous clothes. Thank you so much.
Loved the designs at this store. My husband purchased two items for me from the Nantwich Store. Staff were fabulous. Unfortunately on arriving home found faults. Contacted Company who were quick to respond in an attempt to rectify things. I returned the items (at my cost) and had items changed. On receipt of new items, still found slight fault. Company responded stating that during the making of the item little gems/studs can come away. I decided to keep items as I didn't want the expense of sending back again. I would have purchased a lot more items from this store as their designs are lovely, but would now scrutinise every item before purchasing.
Great independent boutique with lovely staff and reasonably priced on trend clothes.
As always too much to choose from. Staff so helpful and polite. Something for all ages and sizes. Bought some dresses on line visited Nantwich shop to collect, more than happy to let me try them on. Not long enough for me. Was able to exchange today with no hassle. Thank you Sheila for being so helpful.
