Absolutely awful. Popped in to get a simple problem sorted. He couldnt be less interested. Too busy chatting with his mate whilst leaning back on his chair. Eventually, he leaned up and spoke to me. As soon as I explained what I needed doing, he pretty much told me that I shouldnt be bothering him with my trivial issue. Very, very unimpressed. Dont make your customers feel like second class citizens, fella - you are no better than the rest of the public - even if you think you are. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs - unless you want to be treated like an idiot.
Got into a real tangle with my laptop. Very pleased with the way Sue and Peter sorted it out. Can recommend without hesitation.
I went to the Laptop shop with a newly build desktop PC that wouldn't turn on. Peter was extremely friendly and helped me diagnose what was wrong with my PC and which part was failing.
