Absolutely love this gym. It's the only gym I've ever felt comfortable in and the workout is great, 30mins, targets all areas then you're done and free to go about your day. Better than the workout though is the staff. They are so friendly and supportive and always there to offer advice or give some motivation. I love every second of going there and big thank you to all of the staff and members for making it so welcoming. X

I joined Nantwich Gymphobics in June 2016 and from the very first day I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The support and friendship that I have received since then have been superb. Janet and her staff are always cheerful and always ready to offer support. Any issues or problems are quickly addressed and we are all encouraged to achieve our goals.
Gymophobics Nantwich is the perfect gym for that resisted tension workout. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's also a great place to make new friends and chat over a coffee after your workout. The best thing about it is no sweaty men putting you off using the equipment! Jenny's beauty room is an added bonus.
