I've been using this post office for years and even when under pressure from the most trying customers and long queues, the staff get the job done. I've never had an issue with any of them.
Big queue but staff soon got through it. I was renewing my passport, very pleasant lady who helped me.
Staff are very rude always in a rush to get out the door and get home even if its half an hour before closing time everybody has a bad day and has to do their jobs stop wining! Poor poor poor service
Woman on till 1 today had the customer service skills of a dry roasted peanut. On the other hand the other woman who i ended up dealing with rosemary was lovely.
Horrendously under staffed! Entered at 3:30pm on a Saturday, closes at 4pm and still there is a queue nearly to the door. Only one attendant at the counter for most of the time whilst waiting which is just unacceptable for a town the size of Nantwich! After waiting at least 15 minutes with only one customer been seen to within this time I decided to leave. Extremely disappointing!! Should be your top priority in order to improve this facility
