The gentleman that we met, Matt was very knowledgeable not only about the property itself but also the local area, amenities and surroundings. I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone invested in their profession, compared to the majority of agents we have dealt with whom, dont seem to know anything about the properties they are selling let alone the area.
