We are usually customers at Mappin and Webb but they were unable to provide us with the wedding ring that we were looking for so we decided to visit Moodys of Nantwich to see if they could help. We have been extremely impressed with the service and the ring that they have had made for us has surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be using this jewellers again in the future.
Rolex taken in for repair prior to christmas.Senior lady assistant wrote wrong description of watch resulting in item returned with different colour dial. Also tried to talk me into new strap (800) but I refused this offer. Returned watch to shop in January for replacement dial which was carried out successfully thanks to shop owner I think. The only problem I have now is that the watch I originally took in was 40 years old and served me well but now has a different shade of blue dial. As the colour was originally a prime reason for my choice of model I now find that I dont really want it anymore and once the two year guarantee expires I will change watches. All in all this was a disappointing experience considering Rolex rate themselves and their agents so highly in fact my visit to this shop was I think the worst choice of repairer I could possibly have made. I am sorry to give this retailer such a bad revue but in my opinion the people responsible for this complete foul up should be looking for alternative employment.
