The staff at PR Jones are fantastic. I wanted to buy a new watch and I was looking to spend about 400 so I could buy a good quality one.I purchased a Citizen Eco-Drive, which is quite a complicated watch to set up. After trying several times myself I went into PR Jones and the gentleman said straight away that he thought he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Within half an hour it was sorted.For me it was quite frustrating, so for them to sort it so quickly was fantastic. I also received the same excellent service last time I used them.I would highly recommend them to any one. Thank you so much. Ian
Staff seem to have had no training, or acquired any specialised knowledge in high quality watches or how other jewellery items are manufactured. I bought a top quality Palladium metal mens ring online for around 240, the identical ring was 1200 in this shop..........dont waste your time or money !
I went here not long after my father died and before my 50th birthday as I wanted to do something special with my late grandmother's wedding ring and my late mother's engagement ring. I was 'served' by a young man who basically said that my jewellery was worthless and they couldn't help. I left feeling totally humiliated and insulted. It took a couple of months but I tried again at John Pass on Nantwich Road who couldn't have been more helpful. I ended up spending 1.5k in there and the result is stunning and means the world to me.
