Things have changed since my last review. The new receptionists are incredibly caring, they truly do everything they can to help. Doctors are brilliant as always.
All the doctors I have seen here have been excellent. The problem is more with the management of the practice. It certainly needs reviewing. Its not easy to get an appointment. Follow up appointments with the same doctor are almost impossible due to the poor booking system they have in place. You cant book appointments In advance (which I usually need as I work in Manchester so need to plan an appointment) They have a phone at 8am for same day appointment system which is near impossible to do as everyone is trying to do the same so the phone lines are constantly busy! It is for this reason I have rated it only 2 stars.
Excellent doctors and staff. Yes telephone lines are clogged alot but they try their best. Also bear that in mind when reviewing this gp surgery as to why you can get through immediately to the rest of the surgeries in this building... There's a reason this place is oversubscribed! Its excellent.
I agree, the booking system is shocking, 68 times i dialed unsuccessfully. That said... the Dr's and reception staff are lovely people. The problem is the phone lines.Other thing.. is the medical centre open bank holiday? Internet says yes, phones give NO information!?!?!
We moved to Nantwich from Manchester, this surgery is amazing, if you need an appointment they are quick to respond. Which is far easier than my experience in Manchester where theres a two week wait! The doctors and nurses are engaging and good communicators. This hatred and negativity for such a wonderful resource should stop. Reviewing a NHS service negatively is not healthy especially as they are under resourced and over worked!
