Has been a life saver. Tudor surgery pharmacist Julie has been a godsend, in helping and advising me on how to gradually reduce my medication. Telephoned me and spoke about all the relevant information that helped to reduce my anxieties. She is going to do a follow up call in the next four weeks, to see how i'm getting on with my reducing regime. Now that is what i call 100% patient dedication. Truly am grateful for Tudor Surgery, reception team. Thank You x
This is hands down the best surgery I've ever experienced, from the friendly, helpful and caring staff to the short waiting times and the ability to get through on the phone quickly. I was a patient at Rope Green for 40 plus years and in comparison Tudor is a completely different experience, absolutely wonderful and a true breath of fresh air.
Very poor experience from the Tudor Surgery. The telephone triage system works well... in theory. It doesn't work well in practice. Communication between GP's and other professionals working in the surgery is clearly poor and key information to report back to patients is not followed up on in good order. We will be leaving as soon as convenient.
