Small in size but a really great venue for events, food and a spot for drinks and gathering around with mates. Staff are really friendly and there's a great vibe there too

Food arrived very quickly. Myself and my friend had the chicken which came back up very quickly still awaiting for a satisfactory explanation as to why we were so ill
Booked a table, then arrived to find that there was no record of the booking. We were seated but it was clear that they wanted us out ASAP.
Had a few family members visiting so went to Firenze at Lunchtime. The service was ok, although they did not bring one dish out early (starter) as requested. Pizzas where nice. Had more family members in the evening and this is where it all went wrong. The person behind the bar was rude and did not advise we had to go upstairs even though he handed me the menus for food. Once I went upstairs I was greeted by girls who looked at me with disgust. Out the door I and my family members went. I will not be returning. It seems this place are interested in the bar in the evening so why offer food if you are going to treat your customers like that.
