Great food, good staff, clean facilities. Would definitely recommend.
Wow what a delicious menu. We ate as a party of 5 and were all thrilled with our choices. There are plenty of options for everyone. The gammon was superb, the butterfly cajun chicken a delight, the bacon cheeseburger was immense and so tasty, the chicken and mushroom pie was stunning and the crispy beef salad was heavenly. We were lucky to get our puddings as we left it a bit late, but I recommend the cookie dough of you have a really sweet tooth. I can't wait to go back!
Lovely warm comfortable environment with excellent selection of drinks. Food here has usually been top quality on my visits however on this occasion my last meal was disappointing. We had a beef roast dinner and both our meals presented with extremely tough inedible beef which neither of us could eat. It was a shame as the rest of the plate and desert were beautiful! They did compensate us for the meal which was most kind but this is the reason for the stars on this occasion.
Good atmosphere with exceptional food. Portion sizes are large (no complaints from me) and the meat was cooked perfectly. Clean plates all round on our visit.
Love this pub, the food is absolutely fantastic. Doesn't matter what you order, you really can't go wrong. The staff are really helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you. I believe on Friday's they have free sausage rolls on the bar...!!
